I hold a Master's in Health Administration and certifications in over 15 different specialties and modalities, ranging from transformational parenting and children's meditation to yoga, shamanism and energy medicine. I have worked with hundreds of clients, led retreats, workshops, and women's circles for years...

BUT...I’m not here to wow you with credentials - the true test of someone’s ability to successfully lead comes from walking the path, living their truth - the ability to alchemize experiences into wisdom and help others do the same. This has been my HERoine's journey - a path of deep commitment to my spirituality, a journey of self-love while navigating the role of raising the four humans I've brought into this world.
